Ordering and Shipping Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Our shopping cart will change to a secure connection once you click on the “checkout” button. If you are uncomfortable using your credit card online even with a secure connection, you may place your order by calling the telephone number for Dartsoutlet.com listed above. Please have a list of the items that you want ready along with your credit card.
We also accept “mail-in” orders. You should mail us with a list of the items you would like to purchase. We will reply with the order total. You can mail a money order to the address above. Please make the money order payable to Dartsoutlet.
We currently ship anywhere in the continental United states.
Shipping rates are as follows: (for darts & accessories)
Orders up to $100.00 to US 48 = $6.50
Orders over $100.00 to US 48 = Free Shipping
(Dart Boards and large or heavy items will be figured on an order by order basis)
UPS 2-Day or3-Day service is available upon request for an additional fee.
UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as business days.
We are required to collect a 6% sales tax on all orders being shipped to an Indiana address.
We ship most orders UPS ground. This means that someone will have to be home to sign for the delivery when it comes, or you will have to go to the UPS terminal and pick it up. We provide a tracking number for your order upon request so you can go to UPS.com and see where your package is and when delivery is expected.
Backorders
It is our policy to ship orders within 3 - 6 days of receiving them. We stock a fair amount of items but may at times need to order additional items to fill an order. In such a case the order will be held so that it can ship complete. If by chance an item has been discontinued we will ship all remaining items with a notice of the discontinued item. All orders will be charged at the time they are ready to ship.
